Terms of Service
Effective October 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of the TailorAccess website and the TailorAccess application (together, the "service"). The short version: be reasonable, keep your account secure, don't misuse the service, and don't send us confidential ideas out of the blue. The long version follows.
By accessing and using the service, you accept these terms without limitation or qualification.
Your account
You sign in to TailorAccess with a Google, Microsoft or GitHub account (or another sign-in method we offer), and access is given to you by your organization or by TailorAccess. You're responsible for keeping that account secure and for what happens under it. Tell us right away at support@tailoraccess.ai if you think someone else has used it. If your organization uses TailorAccess under a separate agreement with us, that agreement applies as well, and it wins where the two conflict.
Using the service
Use the service only for lawful business purposes and as permitted by your organization. Don't try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or upload anything you don't have the right to use. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
What's ours stays ours
Unless otherwise stated, the service, including its text, images, graphics, code, and the way it's all arranged, belongs to TailorAccess. Trademarks used or referred to here belong to their respective owners. The information and files you and your organization put into the service stay yours.
Nothing on the service gives you a license or right to any copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary interest of TailorAccess or any third party. You may download, display, and print one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use, provided you don't modify anything and you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Anything beyond that (copying, republishing, uploading, transmitting, distributing) needs our prior written consent.
Links to other sites
Links on the service may lead to services or sites we don't operate. We make no judgment or warranty about them, take no responsibility for them, and a link is not an endorsement. Anything you do with information from those sites is at your own risk.
No warranties (the "as is" part)
The service and its contents are provided "as is." TailorAccess makes no representation or warranty of any kind about the service or any site or service accessible through it, and expressly disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
In no event will TailorAccess or its third-party service providers be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or other damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or data) arising out of or in connection with the service or its use, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
Texas law applies
These terms, and any legal action relating to the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to its choice-of-law rules. If you bring proceedings against TailorAccess, you acknowledge we're free to choose the jurisdiction we prefer; since you've agreed Texas law governs, we'll probably choose Texas, wherever in the world you're located.
You're responsible for complying with the laws of wherever you're accessing the service from, and you agree not to use the service in violation of those laws.
What you send us
Information you send us outside the application (by email or through this website) is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless we expressly say otherwise. You represent that you have the legal right to send whatever you send, and you agree not to send anything you aren't entitled to share. Information you and your organization put into the application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unsolicited ideas
TailorAccess doesn't accept unauthorized idea submissions outside established business relationships. Without a documented confidential relationship, we can't and don't treat submissions as confidential, which means we may develop, use, or publish similar ideas without compensating you.
We'll make every reasonable effort to return or destroy unauthorized submissions without a detailed review. If a review turns out to be necessary (at our sole discretion), it happens with the understanding that TailorAccess assumes no obligation of confidentiality or compensation. By submitting an idea, you agree to this policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the changes take effect when posted on this page.
