Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026 ยท last updated October 5, 2026
Your privacy is important to us.
This policy explains, in plain language, what information TailorAccess collects through this website and the TailorAccess application, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you have. TailorAccess is the controller of that information. We update this policy whenever the way we handle your data changes or applicable laws change; the "last updated" date above tells you when we last changed it.
Information we collect
Personal information is anything that can identify you: name, email address, physical address, phone number, title, company, and similar details. We collect it when you give it to us, for example when you sign in, fill in your profile, place or manage an order, or email us.
Signing in. When you sign in to TailorAccess with a Google, Microsoft or GitHub account, we receive your name and email address from that provider, and your profile picture where the provider supplies one (Google and GitHub do). If you sign in another way, such as with a link we email you, we use your email address. We use this information only to create and identify your TailorAccess account, show your name and picture in the application, and contact you about your account. We don't receive your password, and we don't ask for access to your email, files, contacts or calendar.
Information you add to the application. If you use TailorAccess on behalf of a company, the information you and your colleagues enter (such as customers, products, orders and artwork) is stored in that company's account. Your organization may be able to see the information in its account, including your name and activity.
Information collected automatically. Like most online services, we record some technical information when you use the website or the application: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when, and error reports. We use it to keep the service secure, diagnose problems and understand which parts of the service need work.
If you submit personal information, that submission is subject to this policy.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file a website writes to your device. The TailorAccess application uses cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the sign-in process; it doesn't work without them. Its pricing page also sets two cookies that let us count unique visits and keep the pricing you see the same between visits. This public website sets no cookies, and neither uses advertising trackers.
Google user data
TailorAccess's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the information we receive from Google only to provide sign-in and the account features described above. We don't use it for advertising, we don't sell it, and people don't read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
How we use your information
We use personal information to provide and secure the service, create and manage your account, respond to your requests, process the orders you and your organization place, send you messages about your account and orders, and improve the service. We don't sell your personal information. Full stop.
When we share information
We don't share or transfer your information except in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that host and run parts of the service for us (hosting, data storage and backup, email delivery, error monitoring) receive what they need to do that work, under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
- Your organization. Information in a company's account is shared with the people that company gives access to, including the marketing agency that manages it.
- With your consent. If you tell us it's OK, we can share it.
- Legal requirements. If required by law (a court order, subpoena, or cooperation with law enforcement or regulators), or in urgent circumstances to protect personal safety, the public, or the service.
- Business changes. If TailorAccess merges, reorganizes, is acquired, or sells all or part of its assets, personal information will in most cases transfer with the business as part of that transaction.
Data security
We protect your personal information with physical and technological safeguards, including encryption in transit. That said, no one can guarantee the security of data sent over the internet, so please take sensible precautions: keep the account you sign in with secure, and don't send us anything you consider highly sensitive by email.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order and business records your organization needs may be kept longer where the law requires it. When you or your organization close your account, or you ask us to delete your information, we delete it or anonymize it, except where we must keep it by law. Deleted data leaves our backups as they expire.
To have your account and personal information deleted, email support@tailoraccess.ai from the address on your account. You can also remove TailorAccess's access to the account you sign in with at any time from that account's security settings.
Your rights
Want to know what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Ask: email support@tailoraccess.ai and we'll handle your request. If you're in a jurisdiction that grants you specific data rights (like the GDPR or CCPA), we'll honor them.
Children's privacy
TailorAccess is for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make substantial changes to how we use your personal information, we'll post a notice on this site. We may also (but aren't required to) notify you by email.
